# 12 VEGETABLE SLICER ATTACHMENT
Our vegetable slicer attachment puts your mixer or food cutter to work-shredding cabbage, slicing potatoes into chip thinness, grating and shredding cheese, slicing nuts, hard and soft fruit and vegetables. The vegetable slicer attachment is compliance for hygiene standard and interchangeable with number 12 Hub.

MEAT GRINDER ATTACHMENT
Adjustable stainless steel meat grinder head can be attached to any # 12 attachment hub of Mixer.
* Standard accessories: SS Cutter, SS 6mm Plate, SS Pan, Funnel, Stuffer
* Optional accessories : SS 4mm Plate, SS 8mm Plate, SS 10mm Plate, SS 12 Plate.
 
BOWL
It is completely made of stainless steel and processing by high polished.
DOUGH ARM
It is frequently used for heavy bread dough less 60% water, and preferably to be used at 1 st speed.
C-TYPE HOOK
It is commonly used for light bread dough, batters, pastry and mashing potatoes, like stiffing and preferably to be used at 1 st or 2nd speed.
FLAT BEATER
It is commonly used for thin batters, cake and mashing potatoes, like stiffing and preferably to be used at 1st at 2nd or 3nd speed.
WIRE WHIP
It is best for whipping cream and beating eggs and preferably to be used at 2nd or 3nd speed.
SAFETY GUARD
It is made of heavy gauge and high polished stainless steel. Smoothly rotate open
with a micro switch to shut off power immediately to protect operator.
